EXCHANGES
- We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. Photo proof of damages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please send images to customer service at maggesticaromas@maggesticaromas.com
REFUNDS
- All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, previously burned candles cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
